PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY:

Sand casting technology uses two means of shaping, manual and mechanical. Manual shaping is suited for castings of greater dimensions, higher weights and for more complicated castings. Mechanical shaping guarantees higher labour productivity, casting precision and also stable conditions during production.

USAGE:

Machinery parts with friction stress at high pressures, dynamical loading, partially corrosion resistant: gear wheel rims, bearing cases with flanges, pump bodies, artistic objects (bells, doorhandles, plagues etc.).

ARTISTIC CASTINGS FROM CU ALLOYS:

Artistic castings from Cu alloys are poured into imported special sand mixtures. Depending on the customers' needs the castings can be patinated.

FINISHING TREATMENT:

We can deliver the castings heat treated (tempered) or/and surface treated (ground, blasted with steel bullets etc.). Other treatment (e.g. galvanising) can be provided in cooperation with our long-term partners.
